We're moving to London! Brock was accepted into the London School of Economics!!! We've been dreaming and working toward this goal for years....and now its truly a reality! The past few months we have been going crazy trying to decide where to go and now we know and can start planning!
He was accepted into the Master of Real Estate Economics and Finance program which begins at the end of September. It runs from September 2011 to September 2012- one year! The perfect duration. I am extremely excited. I LOVE London and can't believe we get to live there for a year.
We have about a million questions to answer so its a good thing we have a couple months to work everything out. Brock has been extremely productive, yesterday he filled out the financial aide request for LSE (shooting for scholarships) and the government (to get a loan) and he submitted the official form to accept his offer!
We've been looking at places to live. We've googled "family friendly" areas and we are currently leaning towards Greenwhich or LSE student housing. I've been talking to a girl who went their with her husband a few years ago and she put me in contact with a few other girls who are there right now! We've got quite a few contacts so we are pumped!
Our family is excited (especially to come visit us) and our friends are jealous ha ha. We have decided to set up this blog strictly devoted to our adventures in London from planning to finish.
**Here are some pictures of the LSE campus. We visited London last year with high hopes of someday getting accepted. The campus is right in the middle of central London with a beautiful green park off to the side.
